Janet Hollander

Janet says:

“I am nearly 80 years old. I have a recent chronic health diagnosis. My body has changed in many of the ways bodies change over time. And I remain curious about what is still possible.

That curiosity is what I bring to every class and every training. Not a promise that movement will fix everything — but a deep, learned belief that the body, at any age and in any condition, still wants to feel good. Still knows how to move toward pleasure. Still has the capacity to surprise you.

My passion is the Art of Sensation Training — the Nia White Belt — because its 13 principles speak directly to what people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s, even 90’s, are actually navigating: changing bodies, new diagnoses, shifting identities, and the profound question of how to live well now.”
